Adam Levine inspirou-se na sua mulher, Behati Prinsloo, para criar a canção "Priceless", o seu novo single. O vocalista dos Maroon 5 revelou à revista People que foi muito fácil compor a canção, que descreve como divertida e leve.
"Foi a primeira música que escrevi para o álbum", disse Levine, destacando a sensação positiva imediata que a canção lhe transmitiu. O casal, cuja união vem desde 2014, tem três filhos.
Sobre a participação de Lisa, das Blackpink, o artista elogiou a sua contribuição, que considerou valiosa, porque elevou a faixa a outro nível, oferecendo um toque extra necessário no momento ideal.
